The Digital ArtBook will be placed in the same folder as the game at "Steam\steamapps\common\Greak Memories of Azur"

You will be able to access the folder by pressing RightClick on the game icon on Steam -> Properties-> Local Files -> Browse

It should be a .PDF File named "Greak - Memories of Azur (Digital ArtBook)"
