To obtain the weapon, select FREE MODE -> OFFLINE PLAY -> OFFICER SETTINGS -> WEAPON OPTIONS -> OBTAIN DLC or by visiting the Blacksmith and selecting OBTAIN DLC within Ambition Mode.
